Starting with a guided (gear included) paddle board experience. Then join us for a short guided hike along the shores of Barrier Lake.
We will be Meeting at the Barrier Lake day Use area.
Around 5:30 We will start with an evening-1 hour Paddle board experience on Barrier Lake, with professional paddle guide, Kelsey with Kelsey's Caravan. (This is optional) After the paddle 7pm, we will head out on a easy beginner (Approx 6km ) hike. We will be following stoney trail and looping back along the lake. A few rolling hills with minimal elevation gain.
Join us for an enchanting evening by the lake. Savor the tranquility as we share tea, allowing ample time for reflection and appreciation. Take your time, relishing the moonlight during this fun event. Embrace all that nature has to offer on this serene and unhurried experience.
Optional add on -Just before our hike there is a paddle board experience with Kelsey's Caravan (All gear, professional guide and training provided) We will be returning to the parking lot and meeting at the trailhead sign before our hike. Watch for the right ticket.
The Kananskis Conservation pass is required to park at this trailhead.
All details with items to pack, a map to the trail head and more will be provided in an email 7-10 days before the hike.
Refund Policy : Refunds or exchanges for hikes will only be issued if requested up to 14 days prior to the purchased hike date. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if requested after this timeframe.
Emergency Policy: It is our policy to have emergency and medical information on each hiker that is logged with a check in person . Each hiker must ensure that all their medical information and emergency contact information is correct and up to date for each hike.
