🌞🎨 Teens Summer Art Camp: 4-Day Mixed Media Immersion 🎨🌈
Calling all creative teens aged 12–17! Dive into a vibrant world of artistic exploration this summer with our 4-Day Mixed Media Art Camp at Kamloops Art Party! From Monday, July 14th to Thursday, July 17th, young artists will expand their skills, experiment with new techniques, and express themselves through a variety of exciting art forms—all under the guidance of professional artists in a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere.
🕒 Camp Schedule:
Dates: July 7th – 10th
Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM each day
Location: Kamloops Art Party
Price: $219 per participant
🎨 Camp Highlights:
🎨 Mixed Media Exploration – Experiment with a variety of materials and creative styles to develop your unique artistic voice.
🖌️ Acrylic Painting – Take your painting skills to the next level with guided instruction in color theory, blending, and composition.
🏺 Clay Sculpting – Hand-build functional or decorative pieces using air-dry clay, with the chance to personalize your work through painting.
🍶 Ceramic Art – Get hands-on with professional ceramic techniques and create a glazed ceramic piece to be fired in the kiln.🎨 Paint Pouring Techniques – Learn the art of fluid painting through professional mini pour sessions.
📓 Stretching & Drawing Warm-Ups – Start each day with movement and creative warm-ups to get into the artistic mindset and build drawing skills.
📌 Camp Policies:
⏰ Arrival – Please arrive on time and bring a water bottle and snack each day.
🧼 Pick-Up – Allow a few extra minutes after camp for cleanup and smooth pickup.
👚 Dress Code – Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy—some materials may stain. Aprons will be available.
❌ Refund Policy – No refunds. Credits may be issued if cancellation is received at least 14 days in advance. Credits must be used within 4 weeks of cancellation.
📞 Emergency Contact – If behavioral concerns arise, parents/guardians will be contacted for immediate pickup. No credits or refunds will be issued.
