About the event

Sound Meditation

My friends, this will be my last sound meditation at Kamloops United Church until next fall. I will be using a combination of singing bowls and gongs to create a deep, meditative atmosphere. I would love to see YOU at this! Chairs will be provided but feel free to bring a yoga mat if you prefer. The admission is by donation.
