BC Interior Community Foundation, in partnership with Castanet Kamloops, invites you to pop in and be part of something special.
We’ve transformed the grand foyer of the TNRD Library Building (465 Victoria Street, downtown Kamloops) into a Pop-Up Community Centre — and we’ll be here all month long, from July 2 to 31.
It’s a vibrant, feel-good space filled with music, art, and community connection. There are free, drop-in activities, live performances, hands-on workshops, and even a special guest pony — all led by amazing local community members.
We’re open Monday through Saturday starting at 10:00 a.m. (closing times may vary), so come by whenever you have a moment. Whether you pop in for five minutes or stay for an hour, you’re welcome.
Each week features a new theme, offering something fresh and meaningful to explore:
July 2 – 5: Canadian Spirit
Honouring the heart of Canada — diverse, strong, and proudly united.
July 7 – 12: Walking Together – Indigenous Arts
Honouring Indigenous voices through art, music, and creative expression.
July 14 – 19: Art for the Heart
Healing through creativity — where art meets inner well-being.
July 21 – 26: Animals and Earth
Celebrating our deep connection to nature and all living things.
July 28 – 31: Old Souls and Bright Sparks
Bridging generations with wisdom, laughter, and shared stories.
So come by, take part, and connect — whether you're curious, creative, or just looking for a moment of joy. This is your space, your community, and your invitation to be part of something truly special.
We’ll see you at the Pop-Up!
