Join us for a powerful two-day event designed to support celebrate and reframe the midlife and menopausal transition. Midlife Mastery Weekend blends science soul and real talk — creating a space where women can ask questions gain clarity and feel a deep sense of community and renewal.
Expect a weekend full of expert-led sessions on hormones sleep emotional well-being intimacy and workplace equity — plus holistic workshops and culturally grounded teachings. You’ll leave with new tools a new narrative and the feeling that you’re not alone in this phase of life.
This event is open to the public and centered on the experience of women ages 40–65+
