Whether you are new to breathwork or have experience, all are welcome to participate. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to expand your emotional awareness and experience the tranformative effects of breathwork. Dont worry about bringing anything except a water bottle is recommended.
We meet every Monday near the end of the month. Our other fall dates are Sept 29th and Nov24th.
