HOKA Shake Out Run w. Lisa Nordén

Join Olympic silver medalist and 2023 IRONMAN Kalmar champion Lisa Nordén for the HOKA Shake Out Run.

This relaxed 6 km run takes you through the heart of Kalmar, featuring highlights such as Kalmar Castle, the guest harbor, and the swim start. There’s also an option to shorten the route to approximately 4 km as we pass the Expo Area.

🛍️ The first 40 people to register will receive a goodie bag from HOKA. Sign up from 12:30 at the Info Tent in IRONMAN Village.

You’ll also have the chance to test different HOKA shoes. Sizes and models are limited, so arrive early if you want to try a specific pair.
