Event Description:
The purpose is to empower the participant to write these legal documents.
Carleen will not be advising you on any of your contents, and will only work within my legal frame work.
If they need legal advice this will be not given on the day
Carleen is a Justice of the Peace Qualified in Queensland which allows her to sign off on the EPA.
At our Heart Space Event on 13th July, Carleen will why these legal documents are important and the legal implications if you do not have them in place. If you think this workshop is for you please feel free to come along and listen to Carleen on Sunday.
What To Expect:
Carleen will provide a copy of a form 2 which is an "Enduring power of attorney - short form"(12 pages) and a "Collins Will form and envelope".
Each participant will receive one of each of these forms so that they can fill them in on the day and get them signed off and completed during the workshop.
If you require a second form there will be a small additional cost.
Extra paper will be provided to write out the list of things you want to include before putting them on the legal documents.
