Superstar Poetry Show wsg Emily Haines Lloyd

Crawlspace Comedy Theatre presents the Superstar Poetry Show. For those “in the know” improv-wise, this could be described as a poetry–based Armando. ​In the show, poet Emily Haines Lloyd will share what inspired the writing of one of her original poem​s, she will then read that poem live. Improvisors will then perform scenes inspired by the poem. The show will feature 4-5 of the poet’s original work. The mixture of poem and improv scene work will produce a collection of experiences that will find unexpected connections and hilarious moments. Emily Haines Lloyd is a prolific writer, including the popular collection “Pep Talk Poetry”.
