Masterclasses with the 2025 Stulberg Competition Judges

Young string performers from the community will have the opportunity to participate in masterclasses with the 2025 Stulberg Competition Judges. This year’s judges are Rachel Barton Pine (violin), Li-Wei Qin (cello), and Lucas Richman (composition/violin).

Master Classes provide an opportunity for students, musicians and audiences to observe and learn from world-class artists.

Master Class participants are chosen by audition. Violin, viola, cello, and piano soloists under the age of 20 (as of 01/01/2025) are eligible to apply (2025 Stulberg Competition semifinalists are not eligible). Video applications and information may be submitted March 1 – April 4, 2025.
