Holystic Yoga - Yogafaith Class

Class is located in the community center next to Center Point Church. Go downstairs and follow the signs.

This hour and 15 minute class is appropriate for all levels and will include prayer, meditation, breathing exercises, movement, and relaxation at the end. Christian yoga is good for body, soul, and spirit.

Class is donation based with a drop-in of $10 suggested donation. If you’re a regular the suggested donation is $35 for 5 classes. While payment is not required, without donations these classes cannot continue to be offered.

Bring a mat, bring water, bring a friend! Other suggested props are a yoga blanket or towel, blocks, and a strap. These are useful but not required.
