Yoga ABC's with Talisa

Unroll your mat and dive in because this is yoga you can really explore!!! In this upbeat, hands-on class we will unpack the A-B-C’s of the practice of yoga: Alignment, Breath, and Consciousness. You will practice foundational poses step-by-step, experiment with safe adjustments and variations, get personalized tips to keep your joints happy and movements steady. We will practice different breathing techniques allowing you to connect more deeply with your body and mind. There will always be time for questions, and even pauses for fun alignment checks. To wrap it all up, we will set aside time to weave everything you learned into a gentle flow, so you can feel how the pieces fit together. Expect a lively playlist, lots of guidance, and plenty of space to move, ask questions, and play. This class is perfect for everyone, whether you are new to yoga, have been away for a while or are an experienced yogi looking to fine tune your practice.
