KP Fitness hosts a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training co-lead with Desiree Crossman of Yoga Simplified Method!
The Training:
The training covers many topics, including a set hatha vinyasa all levels sequence, the origins of what yoga & hatha vinyasa are, the significance of anatomy in yoga, information required to create yoga sessions, information required to lead meditation sessions, the business of being a confident yoga instructor (if that is the goal), & much more! Graduates will be qualified to teach & become certified yoga instructors upon completion.
Timeframe:
Sept 5th - Dec 20th
Wednesday & Friday evenings (6-9:30pm) + Saturday afternoons (12-6pm)

Sessions will be split between KP Fitness Studio in Kalamazoo, MI & Desiree's lake home in Portage, MI.
Pricing:
$3000 early bird pricing
$3400 paid in full
Payment Plan: $500 deposit + 4 payments of $775
(payments made the 1st of the month & must be paid before the first session)
*$500 non-refundable deposit no matter the payment method*
Additionally:
Throughout the teacher training, students are gifted unlimited yoga & fitness classes at KP Fitness plus discounts on amenities & special events.
KP Yoga Method Teacher Training is held to ten participants & only offered once a calendar year
*4 participants are needed to hold the training
