$5 Yoga 101

Ever been interested in yoga but never knew where to start? Why not start with a $5 101 class? What do you have to lose?

Join Kaitlyn for a 50min very beginner friendly class/workshop to learn the basics of yoga! Although there will be a class led, this is open ended to any questions at any time! We want you to leave feeling comfortable to take your knowledge to any yoga class anywhere!

LOVED the class & want to take more KP Fitness? A discounted new client special will be available for those in attendance.

Bring your yoga mat (limited studio mats available for rent)
Registration is required as space is limited.
*5 participants minimum to hold event
