Guided by our expert mixologist, you'll learn to shake up eco-friendly elixirs that honor the flavors of the natural world—think fresh botanicals, bright citrus, and earthy infusions. Plus, you'll take home the recipes to keep your home bar as green as your thumb.

We cannot serve patrons cocktails before the class due to the amount served during the event. If you'd like to come to the Tasting Room early, you’re welcome to enjoy mocktails, soda, coffee, tea, or a canister of Wine Chips.
