Cardio Drumming - a joyful, low-impact workout
Cardio Drumming blends gentle cardiovascular exercise with easy-to-follow rhythm using stability balls and lightweight drumsticks. Moves include drumming overhead, to the side, and across the body for a full-body routine that supports heart health, balance, and coordination—without stressing the joints.

Fee: Free for anyone aged 60+, open to the public (registration required). $7 Suggested donation for guest under 59yrs
