Brunch Cocktails: The Night Shift

Who says brunch drinks are only for Sunday mornings? This nighttime cocktail class flips the script, celebrating the bold, savory, citrusy, and caffeinated flavors of brunch—just after dark. You’ll make three full-size cocktails using Green Door spirits, exploring creative takes on brunch classics like Bloody Marys, espresso cocktails, and sparkling citrus builds. Expect playful garnishes, unexpected ingredients, and all the “breakfast for dinner” energy your night deserves.

We cannot serve patrons cocktails before the class because of the amount served during the class. If you'd like to come to the Tasting Room early, you're welcome to enjoy mocktails, soda, coffee or tea, or a canister of Wine Chips.
