Four Wednesdays in July, a new summer-aligned, ĀyurYoga practice will be released, and delivered directly to your inbox. These 30-45 minute practices will cultivate balance physically, energetically, and mentally while creating rhythm and routine at a time of year that we often struggle to stay connected to our supportive practices.
who is this course for?
This session is appropriate for yogis who desire to practice at the intersection of Yoga & Āyurveda, in holistic, concise, well-rounded practices. Join Yoga educator and Āyurvedic Practitioner, Kara Aubin, for an impactful semester of integrated practice that incorporates asana, pranayama, and meditation.
how you’ll engage the teachings
Registration for the semester gives you access to four pre-recorded classes. This class is offered via on-demand recordings, a link will be sent to your email each Wednesday at 4:45p for a 5:30p class. You have access to each practice for 7 days from the class date.
