📢Kaiserslautern invites you to the Maikerwe from May 23 to June 2

From May 23 to June 2, 2025, the city of Kaiserslautern invites you to the traditional Maikerwe on the Messeplatz. During this period, visitors can once again expect a mixture of thrills, family fun, culinary delights and leisurely strolls.
The festival opens on Friday, May 23, at 5 pm. From 6.30 pm, the "Werkvolkfanfarenzug" parades across the square with a festive procession and puts guests in the right musical mood for the colorful hustle and bustle. The official start of the May market in the Lössel tent follows at 7 pm with the traditional tapping of the keg beer. To kick things off and as a special thank-you at the end on Monday, June 2, a colorful firework display will light up the sky above the Kerwe at around 10 p.m. and provide unforgettable moments.

Maikerwe 2025 once again promises varied days for the whole family - with plenty of fun, adventure, enjoyment and conviviality in the heart of the Palatinate.
