Human Milk Feeding 101 & Support Group

Our highly requested Saturday series is underway! Join us from 930-11 for Human Milk Feeding 101 where we discuss all things feeding baby. Taught by Lactation Professionals this class goes over the basics of breast/chestfeeding, pumping, and bottlefeeding. Learn how lactation happens, the benefits for all involved, and empower yourself with knowledge and a strong support system! Class is open to all expecting parents and parents of new arrivals. Partners and support persons are highly encouraged to attend and siblings are welcome!

This month, bring your questions to ask our resident Lactation Counselors who double hat as an MBU nurse and a Doula! Baby already here? Share your knowledge and story! Organized by our lactation professionals you can also ask your questions, do a personal pre-natal consult, check on baby’s growth, test out baby carriers and get fit advice from our baby wearing educator, or troubleshoot any feeding issues you may be having. We welcome the whole family and all support persons! Enjoy snacks, let siblings play, and make new friends in the trenches!
