Human Milk Feeding 101 & Support Group

Our highly requested Saturday series is kicking off this month! Join us first for Human Milk Feeding 101 at 930 and then stick around, or if you’re already in the thick of it come jump in, at 1030 for support group! Let’s build our knowledge and villages! As always, we welcome the whole family and their support persons. Go in the entrance by the VAT office of the Landstuhl Library building, we’ll be in the rooms to the right of the staircase.

Class is open to all expecting parents and parents of new arrivals. Partners and support persons are highly encouraged to attend. Taught by two Lactation Professionals this class goes over the basics of breast/chestfeeding, pumping, and bottlefeeding.

Support group is open to all families with base access. Bring all questions or concerns about feeding and your new human or come to build community!
