Bellows Air Force Station special events and programs are open to all Bellows AFS guests and eligible patrons – active duty military, military retirees, reservists, National Guard, disabled veterans with a VA Health Identification Card, current/retired DoD civilian employees with an authorized ID card, and their dependents and guests. Those without base access will not be permitted on Bellows AFS. Events and info subject to change.
SUNSET SOUND BATH SESSION

Mokulua Lawn (far end of base near Bathhouse 475)
$25 per person
A Certified Sound Bath Practitioner plays chimes, tingsha cymbal bell, nut shaker, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments to guide you to be more present, connect with your body and nature, and, most importantly, quiet your mind and reduce stress. Starting with a quick gentle stretch, you lay down and enjoy the unique sounds.
Please bring a yoga mat/towel or something to lay down on, an eye mask if you have one, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and bring a sweater/blanket if you get cold easily.
Ages 10 & over. 17 & under must be accompanied by an adult.
Subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions.
Registration required 24 hours in advance.
Minimum 2 people, maximum 20 per class.
Session will be canceled and refunds issued if the minimum participation is not met.
