Join AARP Hawai`i in celebrating the 90th anniversary of Social Security with a free scoop of ice cream and information on what the next 90 years holds for what may be the most popular government initiative in U.S. history.
Ice cream will be given out while supplies last. Those who do not register may get a scoop if they show proof of AARP membership or are a veteran, but only if the ice cream supply hasn't run out.
