Join us this Sunday for our Karikari Ora Walking Circle, a gentle and mindful space held on the whenua of Maitai Bay.
This wāhine-led walk invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and return to your centre – surrounded by te taiao and grounded in kaupapa Māori values of aroha, manaakitanga, and kotahitanga.
🌊 We will gather at 9AM at the carpark closest to the beach infrastructure (toilets/showers), begin with a short kōrero and karakia, and walk with intention through this sacred coastal space.
🌦 If the weather is unsettled, a Zoom alternative will be offered — a short breath and stretch session to hold the space regardless of the conditions.
This walk is open to all who feel called. Spaces are kept small and gentle. Tamariki are welcome at this session, though please note our intention is to support mindful presence and wairua-led time.
🔗 RSVP to be kept updated or message Ngaire to join our private group space.
