This is the original and very popular Fermented Food Workshop Naturopath and Nutritionist Laura Rose has been offering for the past year. On this full day workshop, Laura will discuss the many health benefits of eating fermented foods and incorporating them into your daily life. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗸𝗶𝗺𝗰𝗵𝗶, 𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗿𝗮𝘂𝘁, 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮.
