Michael Hempseed has an honours degree in Psychology and is the author of Being A True Hero: Understanding and Preventing Suicide in Your Community and co-author of Calming Your Child. He speaks to thousands every year, including teams at NZ Post, Fonterra, and Fire & Emergency NZ.
