We’re bringing the heat (and a whole lotta flavour) this August for Burger Wellington On a Plate and Pour & Explore Martinborough with our Cheeky Tikka Thigh High Burger.

Marinated in tikka masala, our juicy free-range chicken thigh is stacked high with:
🥒 cucumber raita
🥕 Tangy pickled carrot
🍯 Tamarind mayo
🌿 Micro coriander and bean sprout slaw

Served in a warm charcoal burger bun with crisp cumin papadum chips and a playful pani puri filled with chilled tamarind mint — it’s bold, cheeky, and bursting with flavour.

Perfectly paired with our Karahui Lager, proudly brewed by Martinborough Brewery. 🍺
