Day Retreat with Trauma sensitive yoga and workshops

This day retreat will allow you to re centre yourself and to cultivate a sense of calm within. Set in tranquil space of Parehua Resort, Martinborough you will enjoy a day of trauma sensitive workshops. These will include trauma sensitive yoga practice, group havening workshop specifically for trauma, guided meditation session and another wellness workshop for your mental wellbeing.
The day includes light lunch catered by Parehua resort and a small gift for you.
