✨ Tango Technique for Followers – Special Workshop ✨

Join me for an inspiring tango technique class designed especially for followers who want to refine their movement and deepen their understanding of the dance.
In this lesson we will explore the fundamentals of the technique I use for dancing Argentine Tango. From building your axis and the use of the standing leg, to the use of the free leg, as well as how to use the upper body for linear and circular movements. We will practice dissociation as a fundamental source of impulse for pivots. Finally, some essentials for decorations will also be reviewed. The lesson will provide followers with essential elements to improve their individual technique in order to achieve a more comfortable, stable and beautiful dance.
🩰 No partner needed – this is a solo technique class
👟 Bring comfortable clothing – we’ll work both barefoot and with tango shoes (flats or heels)
🗣 Language: English (Finnish available on request)

Tervetuloa inspiroivaan tangotekniikkatuntiin, joka on suunnattu erityisesti seuraajille, jotka haluavat hioa liikkumistaan ja syventää ymmärrystään tanssista.
Tällä tunnilla tutkimme argentiinalaisen tangon tekniikan perusteita, joita itse käytän tanssissani. Käymme läpi akselin rakentamista ja kannattavan jalan käyttöä, vapaan jalan liikettä sekä ylävartalon käyttöä lineaarisessa ja pyörivässä liikkeessä. Harjoittelemme dissosiaatiota, joka on olennainen impulssin lähde pivot-liikkeissä. Lopuksi tarkastelemme myös koristelujen perusteita. Tunti tarjoaa seuraajille keskeisiä työkaluja oman tekniikan kehittämiseen, jotta tanssista tulisi mukavampaa, vakaampaa ja kauniimpaa.

👟 Ota mukaan mukavat vaatteet – työskentelemme sekä paljain jaloin että tangokengillä (matalakantaiset tai korkokengät)
