Sound Bath

Slow down into stillness and experience self care and serenity through a relaxing and restorative evening of sound healing at Breathe Salt & Yoga on Saturday, August 23rd, 5pm.

As you are bathed in serene sounds, you will receive vibrations and frequencies that help to assist in the body's natural healing process through relaxing the nervous system. This promotes harmony and alignment within the body, mind, and spirit.
