Chef Daniel Ramos has been in the South Florida Chef community since the early 2000’s. His love for local farm food began early in his career as a young chef. The farm to table approach to food has always been his focus. This passion for local food has culminated in his own venture with Family, Melodye Abell. Red Splendor Farm was created, located in West Lake Worth, where he now harvests much of the produce he uses in his private dinners. Currently in his third season as a vendor at the Delray Beach Green Market, Chef Ramos finds happiness in completing the cycle of growing and cooking his own food. He embraces the identity of a farm-to-table chef, dedicating himself to sourcing local ingredients from farms and artisans onto his menus. The ability to directly connect with the source of his food has proven to be the most rewarding aspect of Red Splendor Farm.
Morgan Ross-Smith began her craft beer career in 2006 when she was hired by Fritz Maytag at Anchor Brewing Co, America’s first craft brewer. She has since worked for a variety of craft and specialty beverage companies and became a Certified Cicerone (a.k.a. Beer Sommelier) in 2012. Her passion and knowledge of beer will guide you through a thoughtfully arranged beer pairing, while sharing information on flavor profiles, style origins, brewing techniques, and more.
This immersive evening will take you on a journey through our farm, allowing you to connect with the land and the local producers who supply our ingredients. Guests will have the pleasure of being hosted by Ms. Suzie Dudas, regenerative farmer and owner of Jupiter Creamery, who’s passion for quality food accentuates the evening’s experience. We believe that our standard of non GMO, soy free, corn free, and regenerative practices offer guests the highest quality of cuisine available.
