Medusa's Wreath" could be described as a supportive therapuetic group that offers a safe space for individuals to explore and address their personal challenges. The name symbolizes a protective circle, where members can find comfort, strength, and growth together, much like how a wreath encircles and shelters its center. This group fosters mutual understanding and healing, encouraging members to support each other through shared experiences and collective wisdom.
We will explore different activities to nourish and tend to the heart. Music, movement, sound bath, mindfulness, meditation and ritual to name a few.
