Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been around for a while, but its widespread accessibility has skyrocketed. In this session, we’ll break down what AI is, how it can be applied in real estate, and how to ethically use AI tools to improve business operations and customer service.
The first part of this session will give you a solid understanding of the core concepts of AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning, and how they can be incorporated into your real estate business. We’ll dive into the legal and ethical aspects of AI usage, helping you stay compliant and ahead of the curve in this fast-evolving landscape.
In the second half of the workshop, we’ll show you how to effectively use popular generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Dalle, Canva Pro, and more to create compelling content, marketing materials, and customer interactions. Learn to generate thousands of pieces of content in no time. You'll learn everything from blog posts, SEO-optimized social media, and videos to stunning graphics and images, all while ensuring that your efforts remain both effective and ethical.
By the end of this session, you will:
-Understand the basics of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, and how they can be applied to your real estate business.
-Gain knowledge of the architecture and capabilities of tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and others to enhance your marketing, content creation, and customer service.
-Learn how to create a year’s worth of content—social media posts, blog articles, and videos—within minutes.
-Recognize the ethical and legal considerations in using AI tools for marketing, ensuring your practices comply with industry standards.
-Explore AI image generation and avatar tools (like Dall-e, MidJourney, and Synthesia), and AI video generation tools (like Descript), and how to integrate them into your marketing strategy.
-Understand the challenges and concerns surrounding AI technology and how to navigate them effectively in your interactions with consumers.
