This breath-led practice guides you through a fluid sequence of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness. Each class is thoughtfully curated to create a moving meditation—linking breath to motion in a way that energizes the body and calms the mind. Themes from yogic principles and the teachings of Deepak Chopra enrich the experience of each class.
What to Expect:
• Creative, flowing sequences tailored to each class
• Opening with breathwork, mantras (Sanskrit vibrational sounds, and mudras (hand gestures) to enhance every practice
• Emphasis on breath awareness and alignment
• Modifications and challenges for all levels
• A grounding closing sequence to leave you feeling centered and refreshed may include meditation, systematic relaxation, chakra balancing etc.
