Celebrate Our Achievements: Join us as we reflect on another strong year and recognize the dedication of the team working on behalf of shareholders.
Board Election & Voting: This is the final opportunity to vote as proxy tabulation for the Board of Directors election and the Elders’ Trust will take place during the meeting. Your vote helps select the leaders who will guide Goldbelt forward.
Final Opportunity to Vote: Opens at 11 a.m. and closes promptly at 12 p.m.
Financial Updates: Hear directly from leadership about financial performance and projections and learn how Goldbelt continues to grow and strengthen its operations.
Connect & Reconnect: Spend time with fellow shareholders, Board members, and Goldbelt staff. Shareholders will be provided an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the meeting.

A meal will be provided to all attending shareholders as part of the gathering.
