Yoga

Yoga is a mind-body practice incorporating breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation, with the goal of uniting body, mind, and spirit. It offers different physical and mental health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction.
Yoga is an ongoing class, there is no start or end date. The class is held every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Multipurpose room. This class is for ages 12 and up.

$3 per drop in ($2 for seniors) or buy a punch card for $25 (good for 20 fitness classes) ($20 for seniors) . Punch card can be purchased under Point-of-Sale tab.
