Yogaretreat Sweden - Skåne

Let's welcome the season of Fall in the southest part of Sweden , between the ocean and the beautiful open fields . Deep diver into your yogamat with both Anusarayoga and Yinyoga and some meditation and breathing work . The perfect blend for your body and soul . In between classes we will have time to explore the surroundings and maybe even a cold dip in the ocean but for sure walks on the each .
