Annual Ocmulgee River Paddle

Here we go guys! Another year has passed and we are all going to enjoy another big paddle on the Ocmulgee River! We will meet at the park and be shuttled up river by some of the coolest buses. We will launch from the 83 bridge and end up where we got on the buses at.We will make this an all day event unless you want to paddle on.

So things you want to bring with you!
Your on board or kayak. Pack a lunch and drinks. Coolers permitted, but please no glass and pick up plastic, even if it isn’t yours. Be mindful of the wildlife!

Next to safety. Be sure to bring a lifevest, life belt, and be careful at launch. It can be slippery. Always ask for help if needed. We are a friendly group. That goes for pets too. I want to see their life best if they aren’t good swimmers! If you’re planning on using a seat on your kayak or board you will have to be able to carry it on the bus with you.

Cost will be $20 per person. That includes you, your board/kayak, cooler and a GaFlSup wristband. This can be paid to either Venmo or Cashapp listed at the bottom of this post. Please include the names of any people you may be paying for also so that we can put them on our log.
