Power of Love: Finding Your Center

The next Power of Love workshop Monday, October13, 6 pm, will explore finding and maintaining our center, literally and figuratively. Many of us can feel centered in a quiet, peaceful space, but can we do it during conflict or loss? Aikido practice helps us find that peaceful space regardless of what is happening around us. In this workshop, we will use discussion and simple Aikido-based exercises to recognize and rewire our responses in order to live more peaceful, powerful and compassionate lives.
