Join us for an elegant French-inspired brunch at Mousse Sparkling Wine Co. Chefs Jeremy and Gina of Sunny Days Comfort Foods will be serving up a delightful menu of sweet and savory crêpes, thoughtfully paired with our Dry White Bubbly—a crisp, refined sparkling wine that brings each bite to life.

Bacon Frisee Salad
Fresh Spring mix and Frisee, Crispy Bacon Bits, Fresh Chives, Fresh Cracked Black Pepper tossed with a Homemade Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Crepe Brunch
2 of each Crepe:
-Bacon, Asparagus & Brie Cheese
-Mushroom, Provolone, Chive & White Truffle Oil
-Smoked Lox Salmon, Lemon Basil Cream Cheese, Diced Tomato, Capers
With a side of Lemon Garlic and Chive Orzo Pasta
Dessert Option $10 each Slice
Lemon or Caramel Crepe Cake
Your Choice of Lemon or Caramel 20 Layers of Creamy Vanilla filling drizzled with Caramel or with Lemon Zest, Dusted with Powered Sugar
