Writing Workshop

Come spend a few summer evenings reflecting on your stories through journaling in a supportive environment.

This event is a multi-day workshop provided for free and will be hosted in the East Community room at the Joplin Public Library on June 3, 5, 11, and 12th from 6-7pm

"We all have stories. Those we hold close in our heart, those that make us laugh, those we tell others about ourselves. Come spend a few summer evenings reflecting on your stories through journaling in a supportive environment. This workshop is open to all writers of all backgrounds and experiences. Each evening will involve writing in response to a prompt provided by the session’s leader, and participants will be invited to share out loud."
