We come together in quiet, to greet the day with stillness and reflection.
No words are needed — just presence, breath, and shared space.
🕯 Guidelines for Our Time Together
Please allow the silence to begin when you step out of your car, and carry it gently until you return.
Phones and devices are best left silenced or in your vehicle, helping us stay fully present.
Arriving before 5:40 AM helps us all settle in softly. If you arrive later, we invite you to join us next time.
A quiet nod or smile is a warm welcome; otherwise, we simply share the stillness.
The gathering lasts about 40 minutes — from 5:50 to 6:30 AM — and we part quietly.

✍️ Writing Prompts
Each session offers a small card with three prompts for private reflection or creative writing.
Choose the prompt that speaks to you, and take the time to write, draw, bullet journal or simply hold the thought quietly.
Collective journals and writing implements, plus disposable ear plugs are provided. Feel free to bring your own or choose to reflect without participating in the activity.
🧘♀️ Who This Is For
Adults who seek peace and pause at dusk — with teens and pre-teens welcome when they can honor the quiet.
This is a gentle invitation to step back from the noise,
and end the day together, in calm and care.
