BBQ Fundraiser Retired JPD Canine Officers

Join us at Academy Animal Hospital on Saturday, September 20th starting at NOON as we fire up the grill for a great cause! We’re hosting a special fundraising event to support the retired police dogs of the Joplin Police Department. We are excited to announce we will tentatively have all 3 of our beloved retired canine heroes onsite for meet and greets!

🌭 We’ll be serving up hot dogs and BBQ plates for just a $5 donation per plate.

🥩 100% of the proceeds will go directly toward medical care and support for our retired K9 officers—the heroes who spent their lives protecting our community. Let’s show our appreciation and pack the parking lot for our K9 retirees!

Come hungry, bring your friends, and help us give back to the dogs who gave their all. 🖤💙🐶
