Gentle, long-held yin postures will help release tension and improve mobility, allowing your body to soften and your mind to quiet. As you surrender into stillness, waves of healing sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs, or chimes will create a meditative soundscape, guiding you into deep tranquility.

This class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, nervous system reset, or simply a chance to slow down. Whether you’re experienced in Yin or new to sound baths, you'll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and completely renewed.
