Shimmy it out, Hip pushes & Hip drops and Drum 🪘
🌊 Week 2: Element Water
My Habibi -Arms & Hand movements
(Bring a flower if you wish)
🔥Week 3: Element of Fire
Fire in the Belly -with Egyptian horse step
🌬️Week 4: Element of Air
Floating with Air using Veils, twists & turns.
💫Week 5: Element of Spirit
Bringing it all together with Sound & Circle dance.
💃🏻 Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in eg: circle skirt & top or yoga pants & top. Bring your water bottle. No shoes required as we dance normally barefoot 👣
