She’d tried injections. Surgery. Physio.
But something unexpected happened during our sessions…

• Her legs twitched through the stillness.
• Her fear had been living inside her — silently — for years.

Meditation didn’t fix her.
It helped her hear herself.

Because awareness is what creates safety.
