Women’s Exclusive Krav Maga Self-Defense Course

Beginning July 21st, a six-week exclusive Krav Maga self-defense course will be offered exclusively to women. Classes will be held on Monday evenings from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

This comprehensive course will equip women with essential self-defense techniques and strategies to protect themselves against common attacks. The curriculum will cover a wide range of techniques, including chokes, bearhugs, grabs, ground fighting, knife attacks, and abductions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice and refine these defenses through interactive scenarios.

The course fee is $100, and a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be due on the day of class.
