1. Fresh Hatch Green Chile– Picked straight from the fields of Hatch, New Mexico.
2. Roasted On-Site– Using our giant high-capacity chile roaster (yes, it’s that big).
3. Bushels or By-the-Pound– Pre-order to reserve before they sell out.
4. Free Roasting with Every Purchase– No hidden fees, just fire-kissed flavor.
5. Bulk Orders Available– Wholesale pricing for 10 sacks or more.
6. Farm Store Open– Stock up on smoked cobbler, homemade pickles, lemonades, produce & more.
Note: Fresh Hatch Chile loses water weight when roasted.
