We’re celebrating our 4 year anniversary in style with a half day of workshops and dance curated around the ever important practice of mindful self compassion with special guest teacher Lauree Dash and guest musician DJ Delady and a special Sunday morning dance with Risa Suave! 🥳🥰

💥BONUS SUNDAY DANCE OFFERING: Risa Suave is offering an intimate ecstatic dance experience Sunday morning at 10am for those interested in deepening their weekend experience. Start the day with gentle celebration, gratitude and a moving meditation. Cacao will be served in an opening circle which flows into a 1 hour dance led by Risa Suave.
