🎉 "A Renaissance pleasure, transient as the morning dew." Here ye, here ye! Let it be known far and wide, "Ye Olde May Fest" beckons thee once again for revelry, feasting and discovery to fill even an ol' Bard with glee.

💸 Entry to the pageantry shall not cost you even a pence - i.e. FREE ADMISSION!
👑 Come clad in Renaissance attire! Who, amidst our noble throng, shall be hailed as the fairest? Whose valor and virtue shall earn the knighthood's accolade? Come forth, fair citizens!
🏰 The outdoor grounds will take on the look of an outdoor medieval fair featuring a large Maypole, Merry Merchants Row (see below for vendor info), Kids' Crafting Kingdom (free make-n-take projects even big kids can enjoy), stockade (next to the kids' area, of course!), Photo Wizardry (Joliet Public Library's green screen magic with a castle and dragon & we provide the props), Shakespeare Quest (visit vendors for clues), Masters of Mystery (magician both days), Community Mural (add your touch!), Royal Throne Photo Op, live music, food and refreshments. More to be announced!
🎪 VENDORS
Seeking crafters, artists and merchants that have sale items, space decorated and simple activity with a renaissance theme. Get creative! Vendors will be a part of the Shakespeare quest (to help drive people to you!). Space is 10x10 feet. You bring your own tent, tables and chairs. Fee is $30 . . . $0 if you stay the complete fest on both days! Email for form:
